Honestly using Bubble products has been making my skin look and feel great. They always respond promptly and in a timely manner. Their customer service is excellent. My product came in such cute packaging as well and will definitely recommend

AVOID!!!!!!!!! Emailed twice about a missing order from the beginning of February and been ignored both times AVOID!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had a faulty product, dispenser for the skin care didn't work. Contacted customer services though the chat and email and two weeks no resolution. Shame as I can't get the product out without destroying the packaging. Disappointing level of customer service, various emails have just asked for the same product info, no apologies or suggestion of a replacement.
