I received my package promptly, but the product packaging had some scratches on it.

I loved the packaging but inside my bag was some tiny leaves and sticks and my lipbalm came with the lid popped off of it. The moisturizer I love the thickness but this one has a funky smell to it. I normally never have a problem with the smell but this one didn't smell good. I was very disappointed to find leaves and sticks INSIDE my Bubble packaged gift bag. It was disappointing for me to open it and everything just didn't look nice covered in tiny leaves and sticks and my lip blam didn't have its cover on it and had a tiny peice of dirt on the top of it. Yuck
