I cancelled my prescription and they continued to charge me for it anyway. I’ll never use this service again for that reason.

One of the worst experiences of my life. They are cheap, that's for sure, but trust me, you're better off paying more for quality service. They billed me and didn't send my prescriptions. It took several emails for a resolution. I asked them not to send a prescription one month, they did anyway, and of course, charged me. I finally had to send a nasty email demanding they stop billing my card and to cancel any and all future prescriptions.

I agreed to a $10 consultation charge then was charged for 2 more prescriptions, one for $60 for 90 pills and the other $45 for 20 pills, for the exact same medication. All this without discussing with me nor with my approval.

I requested that nothing else be sent or ordered because I only use the products for allergies every few months. Now I have 3 months supply of Singular and 3 months supply of Advair and an extra 30 day Albuteral inhaler. I would not mind a extra 30 day supply for each, but 3 months extra is excessive. PLEASE DISCONTINUE ORDERING UNTIL I REQUEST MORE. Thank you, Frieda Jenkins

I’ve attempted to contact you guys about medical issues I’m having and everyone I’ve communicated with either A has no clue what they are doing, B don’t know how to read, C don’t care at all about their job or clients. I’ve had extreme reactions to the medicine prescribed and it’s like I’m talking to a wall to try to see what is going on or what I should take. If I could I would put no stars.

Medication didn't ship. Website said there was no estimated delivery date. Contacted customer service twice via website. No response. Emailed directly. No response. Had to contact the care provider to get my medication and find out what was happening. No contact from Alpha, no apology or explanation. Nothing.
