Having issues with your body that labs doesn't catch is very hard and frustrating! You have to continue to advocate for yourself and that's what I did! With all the questions I had Jaki and Jessica answered them and they listened to me. They made suggestions and recommendations. I didn't have a problem getting my medication even with a issues a the pharmacy on a dosage. Jessica/Jaki had it corrected in no time. The medication may or may not work but I feel like if it doesn't they will not have a problem trying something different.

They responded to my message very quickly. They were through in finding out my medical history. They were very friendly.

I needed my HRT refilled and I’m perimenopausal age 51. We moved and no local obgyn would help. Alpha was able to refill my scripts.
