Site is easy to use. I like that you can have open conversations with a doctor. Answered my questions & concerns with the medication prescribed. Doctor even contacted me a week after starting medication to see how I was feeling on it. Fast responses when messages are sent.

Alpha Medical is amazing in their speed and helpfulness when responding to questions. They also ship products promptly!!

I love my provider, he gets back to be super quick. the only problem with with the site is i wish there was a mobile app to download, other than that it’s great!

The process was quick and easy. You answer some questions and then your case is reviewed by a licensed clinician. I had my medication several days and and will take advantage of the counseling services. I'm new to the process but communication has been excellent!
