Great and easy!

Everything from consultation to communication was fast and swift. The process is very steam lined. However when it came to shipping I did not get my package on time. Also the pills I received were generic if anyone cares.

Great service but I wished I could get my prescription for a few months at a time (compared to now where it's just once a month).

There have been some odd communication issues between myself, Alpha, and the insurance company. At one point I was sent plan B (my insurance company paid for it) but it offset the shipping date for my Nuvaring. They fixed it right away and everything is awesome.

The medication was delivered promptly. NP I dealt with was very helpful.

Pretty fast and easy, once they prescribed my birth control it arrived in 2 days. Overall a good and easy process

I love this service and only wish there was an app to download and maybe a customer service line to reach when you have a question that you need answered sooner than 24hrs later.

I had reviewed one star, that I had never received it... I took a couple weeks, but my order WAS delivered. This company has excellent customer service. The only reason I marked 4 stars as opposed to five is because I was asked how my order was, when I hadn’t gotten it yet. Made me trip. It was on its way. All was well. Peace
