Longer time than expected but ran well otherwise

I love Alpha but I don’t like their new packaging. I preferred when my BC came in a box rather than a bubble bag, my package arrived with a few holes in it today and that makes me a little nervous to take any of the pills.

Processed and delivered quicker than I expected.

Love how quick Alpha Medical was to get me my medication. They were fast, affordable, and very thorough.

Terrible customer service. Took two days to receive a response and then they sent the prescription to the wrong pharmacy, despite me updating my location and pharmacy. *Update* They were kind of enough to respond and resolve the issue as well as a refund. Thank you!

Very convenient and easy to use my medication works great and it comes every month right on time.

Very professional service and quick delivery. I haven't been using the product long enough to comment on that but the sign up and shipping was really easy and thorough.

The shipping was slow but other than that so far so good! Could be the time of year or general USPS issues though.
