Y'all always come through on things

I've was diagnosed years ago and on a medication that works great for me. After several moves it was a huge hassle to find new providers basically just to get my medicine. Alpha has been great so far as a convenient way to help me stay on my meds.

Not sure how to find my account details regarding next refill or to see my subscription details.

The doctor answered my questions and requests in a timely manner. I received my medication both in the mail and at a nearby pharmacy. I really love having this option for my care when my family physician is out. I look forward to using this again.

Need to give more pills. I get 8 a month and that's not enough for me .

The service provided was overall efficient and user friendly. I felt my questions were addressed well regarding the medication I was prescribed. There was a slight delay with customer in which I did not receive a response back within the stated timeframe, but the delay was not too prolonged and once I did hear back, the issue was resolved quickly without hassle. My prescription arrived quickly once shipped and I look forward to using Alpha much more in the future.

Easy to use. Every now and then they stick a decent little gift in with my order and I like that!!!
