I was given a script for medication that needed to be refrigerated. Meds were sent by fedex and got stuck in the warehouse for the weekend. By the time I received delivery the medication was warm. Alpha is now out of stock if this medicine and still haven’t refunded my money They resolved the problem efficiently and quickly.

Helped me with mental health medication when I literally couldn’t go to see a dr in person. Might have saved my life honestly. Continued using for other medical issues and I’ve been so pleased with the level of service I’ve received.

I have used alpha now for two separate anxiety medications. The first time they recommended we try something different than what I was expecting, rather heart medication versus anxiety. I was very pleased with it as it was really working until I realized I needed something different. Alpha was on top of changing my prescription to get me what I needed, and fast. I really recommend alpha, it’s easier than going to the doctor, taking the assessment, and waiting for so long to get my medication. This has always been faster and their customer service is wonderful. I could recommend alpha more.
