I had an issue with one of my prescriptions processing. They looked into it and fixed the problem, and changed it to a local pharmacy for me so I could go ahead and pick up the prescription since there was a delay. Very helpful overall!!

The survey process was easy. I didn’t know that I was supposed to pick my treatment. I wasted almost 2 weeks thinking the doctor was going to pick a treatment and send it to me. It wasn’t until I reached out asking about the status that they told me I was supposed to pick which medicine I wanted.

Only thing I would do for this service would be to give more affordable options of prescription to choose from instead of just one chosen by your prescriber. I would like to just have gotten a generic version of my inhaler and save alittle more than pay for something thats the same but branded. Other than that , everything is great 👍

Everything was easy, the only thing that could’ve been better was that after you make your selection you can’t switch to local pharmacy. But you can’t see shipping time before you choose. Otherwise, it was all fast and easy. And the shipping only took 5 days.

Great job on answering all questions. Staff was very helpful.

Maybe I missed it in the beginning, but I wish they had the prices of the drugs when you are picking the prescription. They were super nice helping me find one that fit my needs and price range though 👍🏻
