Hello, I have had an overall good experience with Alpha. The price structure is great, and I communicated quickly and easily with my provider. However, I just got my first prescription and noticed it does not have refills. I am not sure how to go about getting a refill. Do I have to make another appointment? None of those instructions are clear. Thanks, Ashley

Everything was ok.

Always pretty good experiences! Quick customer service responses, kind, etc. Sometimes some mix ups but pretty basic with virtual care.

Really good service just wish could be a little faster

Overall the service has been great so far. The only comment I have is that I was told that I would get an email when my script was shipped out. I didn’t and I had to email when that was going to happened. The alpha team quickly responded to my email with the fedex shipping info. Thanks

Responsive, concerned about my health, very expensive

Alpha is a great company where you can get treatment from the comfort of your home. My only concern is they do not let you know how much service is. It would be great to talk this over before your account is charged. Let us decide if we can afford it or not after insurance. With that being said my package arrived in a decent time and is package well.
