I loved how quick it was to get everything handled, within 3 days I spoke to a doctor and had my prescription figured out.

This is an awesome way for a privacy consult with a PA and get a script. I was Embarrassed to go to my regular PA so this was great. Only issue was the time of getting back with the patient. Only wished my insurance would cover it. Thank You

Fast response when asking questions. Few minor glitches but staff was able to help quickly. Looking forward to see how wegovy helps.

There was a mistake made on the amount of medicine I needed. I need qty: 2 of the 1mg packets per day. I received enough for only 1 packet a day.

Most recently I used Alpha Medical for the second time. There was an issue with shipping my medication (something insurance related) and my delivery was delayed. I did not hear back from Alpha Medical without reaching out to them first (twice). I did finally receive my medication.

Update: I received a same day response and my Rx attached and ready for download. Also, Rx was sent now to the pharmacy I requested. Thank you! I Initially did not recommend. First of all, I had to wait the full 24 hours for a response. Doctor I picked was not the provider. Then the doctor sent my Rx through mail after I specifically said numerous times I wanted to pick it up next to me at Walgreens. I emailed numerous times to change it and have yet to hear back. You CAN NOT speak to a live person. There are other telemedicine companies to use and I will use a different one next time. This is too frustrating.

Easy and fast service

Got my medication quickly but apparently the only dosage at Alpha is 5mg, my Rx from my own provider is 10mg. Alpha stayed at the lower dosage and usually I have to double down.
