I have never received a delivery from them. Definitely not worth it

I feel like I just paid 330.00 and I got charged again for the next dose. Out of control expensive. I thought it covered a year worth. 😭

I have now received 3 refills of my prescription within one week. I didn't need any to begin with but I have gotten 3 bottles. I was over charged for the duplicate orders and I am now canceling my subscription.

I had been sick with a fever and needed medical attention and was told that I had taken antibiotics before which I had not. That was my reasoning for asking for some medication. However, I went through my insurance and got the help I needed but, paid you for nothing. Thanks

Used to be more reliable. Physicians would check in regularly and ensure refills were shipped well before running out. I’ve had two order issues and my partner has been waiting on a script for months. Hopefully it will restabilize soon.

It is well documented in my file what my insurance will cover; however, Alpha continues to submit the wrong Rx so it gets denied and then I'm asked to pursue prior authorization or cash pay. It is frustrating and time-consuming to go around and around with Alpha team members about this every 3 months, especially when the notes are in my file about what is covered and the script hasn't been changed. Please better train team members to review files to ensure this run-around doesn't keep happening.

While a convenient service, it has taken a long time for a response addressing my concerns about a prescription they prescribed. Additionally they refused to offer an alternative m, when there clearly are alternatives, in their response.
