Very good service but the email section seems a bit confusing in regards to the drop down send to menu.

Easy to use simple elegant design. I love not having to leave my home to get appropriate care

Overall experience is great however shipping medications with signature required is terrible for people who actually work. Took 3 days to get it from UPS, risking it still being safe to use. Last shipment was not sent that way and I wasn't notified this shipment would be that way either.

Communication was consistent and I got my correct order delivered with no problems. I got prescribed the combination birth control and i’m almost positive it gave me a yeast infection (which i read online can happen because of additional synthetic hormones unbalancing your ph) still a bummer tho because i wonder had i been prescribed something else if i had not gotten a yeast infection. No other significant symptoms have affected me so far

I’ve had a pleasant experience thus far. The only thing I find confusing is the messaging system.

Do not think email and surveys are most effective tool to capture feedback on medications and treatment.
