Of course as you grow, the more problems you will have. Abound's support team, specifically Allison, has been an absolute wonder in helping us with both simple and complex issues that occur. She always replies within the hour and quickly provides solutions -- no other support team from other platforms will reply and help you solve problems this fast. She has gone above and beyond to on-board my brand (Xander Kostroma) onto the Abound wholesale platform... from the one to one personalised service she gives...to the conference calls directly with her, Amber has played a key role in the expansion of my brand into new markets. We joined at the start of 2021 and rather quickly, Abound become our go-to platform for wholesale. I thoroughly recommend any small business out there who's interested in connecting with, and expanding their brand presence within the bricks and mortar retail sector to consider Abound!
