Thank you for coming back to us, Ling! Repeat customers mean a lot to our team. We appreciate your continued trust in Helix and especially the recommendation to your friends!
Very rude experience. Customer service training is necessary, as the employee did not demonstrate proper communication skills with paying customers. Moving is already a challenging process, and it's disappointing to be treated unprofessionally during such a stressful time.

We're sorry to hear about your experience. After reviewing our records, it does not appear that we actually completed a move for you. That said, we take concerns about our customer service seriously and would like to better understand what happened. Please give us a call directly so we can discuss the interaction and address your concerns.
I had an excellent experience with Fabricio, Dilan, and Rony! They were professional, punctual, and worked incredibly hard from start to finish. They handled all of my furniture and boxes with great care, making sure everything was protected and arrived without any damage. What really stood out was their positive attitude and teamwork. They communicated well, worked efficiently, and made what could have been a stressful moving day feel smooth and easy. They were also respectful of both my old and new home and went above and beyond to make sure everything was placed exactly where I wanted it. I highly recommend Fabricio, Dilan, and Rony to anyone looking for reliable, hardworking, and courteous movers. Thank you all for making my move such a great experience!

Thank you for the great review, Michael! Congratulations on your first home, and thank you for trusting us with such an important move. I cannot recommend Helix Moving enough! From start to finish, they made a stressful day so much easier. Mia, the sales rep, was fantastic to work with. Right before the move, my apartment dropped a last-minute bombshell that we might not be able to reserve the elevator. I was stressed, but Mia was so helpful and immediately got us an updated quote to reflect the change so we knew exactly what to expect. On moving day, Fabricio, Elby, and Bryan were an absolute dream team. They arrived right on time and gave us a 30-minute heads-up before they pulled up. They were super flexible and understanding of our situation, and they honestly went above and beyond to get everything moved. They were incredibly careful with our stuff, professional, and very courteous. Plus, they were fast—they finished well within the estimated time. I also really appreciated that they were completely upfront about additional costs (like the TV wrapping) so there were no surprises at the end. If you want a moving company that is efficient, honest, and genuinely helpful, hire these guys.

Thank you so much for the incredible review, Christine! We're thrilled to hear that your experience was a great one from start to finish. Proceed with caution. My experience with this company was filled with red flags. It started with a representative named Phillip, who was pushy and rude while I was asking basic questions. Interestingly, when I spoke to a second representative and mentioned the poor service, they denied any rudeness occurred—until I explicitly named Phillip. Only then did the tone change. To make matters worse, after giving me a quote that seemed okay, they hit me with a ridiculous $369 "fuel surcharge" add-on at the very end. For a moving company to charge such an exorbitant premium for fuel—a core part of their operational cost—is completely unreasonable. This felt like a bait-and-switch. Save yourself the headache and find a company that is honest about their fees from the start. They will say it is not a fuel charge, however, the gentleman who spoke with me on the phone the second time said it was exactly that.

We’re going to address this directly, because your review is simply not accurate. There is no “fuel surcharge” being added at the end. What you are referring to is our standard service fee, which is clearly outlined in every estimate we send. This fee covers truck usage, fuel, tolls, and the drive time to your pickup location. It’s not hidden, and it’s not added last minute. It’s part of the quote and explained in writing. We don’t “hit” anyone with surprise charges or play bait-and-switch games. Everything is broken down and presented upfront. If you had taken a moment to review the estimate in full, you would have seen exactly what the charge was for. As for your comments about our team, we take that seriously, but we also stand by our staff. We’re always open to feedback, but we won’t agree with claims that don’t reflect how we operate. We wish you the best with your move.
Movers were friendly, fast and did a great job, taking good care of my things.
