Product was late arriving, to the point we ran out thus affecting treatment of dog's cataracts. Product was shipped from your Los Angeles warehouse rather than your Ottawa warehouse, which had an impact on collection of costs for the product being imported into Canada. Charges had to be paid at the door to postal delivery person.

Product arrived in a reasonable amount of time. Ordered the 2-10 Ml bottle of Lumen pro and one of the bottles was a little defective. Emailed customer service at Lumen Pro and they sent out a replacement bottle and it arrived in about 5 days compared to the first order that took ten days.If the product works after 5-6 weeks I will order more otherwise I won't bother
