Hi there, and thank you for your feedback. At Heirloom, our mission is to digitize the world’s priceless photographs—and we take that responsibility seriously. We're proud of the care we put into preserving each memory, and we’re grateful for the trust our customers place in us. We want to clarify that while our terms clearly state we are unable to hold unclaimed physical media for more than 30 days after digitization is complete, we always do our best to work with anyone experiencing a delay. Open communication goes a long way, and we’re happy to accommodate extensions when we know what’s going on. If you're willing to reconnect, we’d be glad to continue the conversation privately and try to make things right. Warmly, Geoff Weber, CEO Heirloom Cloud Corporation

Quality Service You Can Trust
I admit, having never tried a service like this before I was nervous sending my tapes. I am so glad I did. Being able to share these memories with my kids was so special. One of my sons thanked me and told me how happy it made him. I found more tapes, including one of my dad before he passed away. I'm so glad I found a company I can trust to preserve these memories.

Thank you so much for sharing this beautiful reflection. We understand how personal and irreplaceable these memories are... that’s why we’ve built Heirloom with trust and care at the center of everything we do. Knowing your son felt joy from a rediscovered moment, and that you found a recording of your father, means the world to us. It’s an honor to help preserve these priceless memories for you and your family. We’re here whenever you’re ready to send in the next batch. Communication throughout the process was excellent.
Heirloom explains their services quite well online. However, even if you're certain you want their services, if you have any doubts or questions, you can schedule a video call to speak with a real person in real time. My situation had a few unique circumstances and Heirloom handled all of them with care, kindness, and professionalism. (And a little enthusiasm if I'm honest. Yay veteran owned!!) Once my memorabilia was received, I was sent several e-mails to update me during their process. All of this was helpful. You're sending your memories, in physical form, and will want to know they are in good hands. With Heirloom, they are.

An Epic Experience
With a heart full of gratitude I want to express how incredibly blessed we are as a community to have Heirloom and their family. The entire experience from my initial phone call with Casey, and learning more about what their company does and the community it supports, they went beyond my expectations and made me feel like family. My hope is that everyone can experience what they have to offer. Casey made sure that my family’s precious memories were restored and now I can rest assured our memories will be kept alive for generations to come. Priceless. Please if you have a chance to check them out I give my highest recommendation.

We recently worked with Heirloom to digitize our archive footage, and the experience was outstanding. Their team handled our collection of various media types with great care and professionalism. The turnaround time was impressive, and their communication throughout the process was clear and consistent. We now have a fully accessible and preserved digital archive to relive the moments from our club's history. Highly recommended!

Memories preserved forever! So easy.
My dad recorded video from 1995 through 2006 and nobody else in the family had ever seen his footage. My parents live in Florida now and after a hurricane came through I was worried that we would lose these memories forever. For Christmas we all chipped in and mailed the files to Heirloom. It was an incredibly easy process as they sent us a package in which to safely ship the video so it couldn't get damaged. Now we can log on and watch via the cloud that Heirloom uses at any time. Thanks to Heirloom for making such a streamlined process and for preserving memories, I highly recommend them.

Great Service
It was very easy and seamless to get their services. They walked me through all the steps so I knew what the final result would be. I was very pleased to see my old videos again. It was easy to share the final result with friends and family. The price was very nice as well, more than fair. The team was great to work with.
