This is the same lamp I purchased from another company. I wanted to have one on each side of my sofa. The lamp from Hedgeapple had quite a few loose parts that needed to be tightened.

Love my item but took a bit to ship
By Nina
I was not informed when the item was shipped so I could not track it. Fortunately my neighbor was able to accept the package since I was out of town. Bad communication from Hedgeapple!

Good Afternoon Carol, Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review, I'm sorry to hear you didn't receive the tracking notification. I know how concerning it can be to place an order and not be sure when to expect it to arrive. Checking our system, I'm showing that we emailed the address you input at the time of ordering, on April 19th at 8:13 AM CST with the tracking details of your order. Perhaps the email may have went to a spam folder? Since the item was received, it doesn't sound like we need to delve any deeper, but if you have any other questions or concerns please do not hesitate to reach back out to us! - The HedgeApple Team
The vanity is great looking the picture, however I have not received the item. The estimated shipping date is not accurate. Shippers web site is poor. The new date to receive item is now 4.23.24. Lets see what happens on the 23rd.

Good Morning Robert, I'm sorry that the carriers tracking isn't providing more frequent updates to keep you in the loop on an ETA. Typically once the item arrives at the delivery terminal, the carrier will then contact you within a couple of business days to schedule the delivery. I'm going to have one of our customer service team reach out to you and they will help ensure you have all the necessary information regarding the shipment until it's delivered. - The HedgeApple Team
Our item arrived on time and it looks as expected. The item was a little slower than expected in shipping from the store but the overall time from Oder to deliver was fine. The delivery guys offered to unpack the item for a tip which was a bit off putting. Overall, we’d consider purchasing other items from the seller. After nearly a month I am starting to notice that the veneer is starting to chip in random areas around the table.

Your service was great but your postal tracking was a bit off, all is fine. Love my beautiful new bedding!

The company was not able to get my product. But at least you notified me and refunded my money within 24 hours.
