I ordered a vector ball and blazepods. As the blazepods didn't arrive on time in the HECOstix warehouse, they immediately informed about that and kept me up to date. Additionally, as I had to wait some days longer for my order, HECOstix added a product of them to the shipment, for free. All in all, I'm very satisfied with the customer service.

Product was delivered on time. I bought this for a Cmas gift for my g-son. I’m sure he will love it.
