The new frames I had ordered were as described and delivered promptly, and Grant was super helpful, professional and nice through the whole return process. I was very happy with both the product, and the customer service. Grant was SO patient in helping me make the right choices in ordering what I needed (progressive prescription transitions lenses for motorcycle). I have to say, it kind of hurt a little to spend that kind of money, but when I received my new eyewear and wore them on the bike for the first time, I was more than impressed.
