They advertised the parts were FP Diesel, which is a line of parts by Federal Mogul. I did not see where they openly state we reserve the right to substitute parts of other manufacturers. I received parts in boxes by Maxi Force which don’t even have where the parts are made. Could be inferior parts. Their price is higher than other “discount” heavy duty diesel part manufacturers. Very unhappy with this company. Major aftermarket suppliers often address deficiencies in some of the OEM lines. I cannot be assured this is the case with parts that don’t even show where they are made. Be aware of what you are buying and do not trust their advertising.

If ypu call don't bout a part & they tell you it's in stock don't take there word on it if you need the part/ parts soon. Happened to me called in they told me the part was in stock. I ordered it, been waiting 2 weeks called to check back in on my order where bouts my order is. They told me it's on back order & they don't have them in stock & havent had them in stock for awhile. Put me in a really bad spot since my truck has been down for 3 weeks. No truck running, No money coming in!

Jean provided outstanding customer service, very friendly, efficient and professional. The water pump I ordered for my semi arrive on time as he told me and in perfect condition. I would definitely, order more parts from him. Maria
