Heavenly TressesReviews of heavenlytresses.com

Amazing products! I searched for a long time to find a reputable and reliable company for my wigs. After a long long search and teaching myself to make my own. I finally found a company that makes their wigs to the standard and quality I expect from a wig company. The attention to detail and willingness to work closely with customers is unmatched. Their customer service is unbeatable as well. They have made such strides and succeeded in listening to our needs in ALL aspects of this process. If taken care of properly these units have the potential to last years! Will never be purchasing wigs anywhere else.

Heavenly Tresses truly lives up to its name. From the moment I placed my order to the day my unit arrived, the experience was flawless. The quality of the wig is beyond anything I’ve ever purchased — soft, natural, and meticulously crafted. I’ve received endless compliments, and no one can believe it’s a wig. It fits so comfortably and looks so realistic, I feel like myself again. The customer service was impeccable, with thoughtful updates and a genuine care for my satisfaction. Thank you! This isn’t just hair — it’s confidence, luxury, and beauty wrapped into one. I’ll never shop anywhere else!

The wigs was beautiful. However, I will never purchased another wig from this company again. As soon as I ran my fingers through the wig it begin shedding. Each time I brushed it, the brush would be full of hair. I spent $2,759 and in least than a month I c longer an no wear it due to severe hair loss. Nuola wigs is a much cheaper and reliable option.

As someone who is going through total hair loss, I am so impressed with the way my experience went with Heavenly Tresses as a whole. The customer service was impeccable. My hair unit was absolutely worth the wait. I purchased a cranial prosthesis for total hair loss with fine medical grade lace. I was able to pick the density and cutomize my hairline and add extra baby hairs. I had the ability to select a high density, European hair. This really looked like my real hair. It's difficult being a Latina and finding hairpieces that look as dense as my natural hair. The best part, when my autistic 10 year-old saw me with it on, he jumped up, clapped and giggled. He looked like he wanted to cry. Nothing beats seeing your kids that happy. Not to mention, my son tends to be very honest.

I have purchased 5 times with this company. I have never had any issues and the customer service is outstanding. The quality of the product has always been spot on and if you are like me and like a bit of rooting, their pieces look very natural and the color is beautiful and never brassy. With care, the pieces also last a very long time and the lace is comfortable and not itchy like some other wigs I’ve tried.

Awesome service and very tuned to my needs and wishes. What a beautiful piece of work. I am so proud to wear such high quality and attention to detail item. I will purchase two more.

I’ve been buying hair from HEAVENLY TRESSES for a few years, & let me tell you, I’ve never, ever been disappointed, every bundle surpasses expectation. The quality of the bundles, over the years have never changed. You get top tier hair, for your money, it’s worth every penny. Customer Service is very efficient, friendly & knowledgeable. Monica is a gem. Thank you HEAVENLY TRESSES!!!

Wow, just received my first wig from you. I am very impressed with the quality of hair and the color is perfect. I chatted multiple times during the 8 week wait and your customer service was excellent. I was a little skeptical ordering a euro wig online would turn out well but this definitely exceeded my expectations. I will be a repeat customer in the future!
