To clarify, using Heatbit does not require completion of a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. The only information we ask for is a phone number, which is needed to register the device in the app. This is outlined in our Terms & Conditions. Hi Dan, We’re really sorry about your experience. I understand how frustrating that must feel, especially after waiting so long. Just to clarify one technical point: the unit always filters air whenever it’s powered on. It has two selectable modes: heating or air purification, but in both cases, air is continuously pulled through the filters. The “air” mode simply runs without heating or mining, while the heating mode includes mining to generate warmth. We see that you previously contacted our support team, and we replied, but we haven’t received a follow-up from you. It’s possible the message didn’t reach you. If the unit is still not performing properly, we’re absolutely ready to step in and resolve this, including arranging a replacement if necessary.
