HeasoulsReviews of heasouls.com

Placed an order based on their inviting ad. Got a confirmation of the order, then NEVER heard from them. Complained through their website, no response. Sent email one month later, no response. Raised a dispute with Citibank, and Heasouls sent them the order (which I never disputed). Citibank considers that order as proof of delivery!! Now wasting time with Citibank to reverse that charge.

Sounds HeaSouls is just a fraud, I bought it via Shop app, never deliver it, never answer my communication and sound now it is totally disappeared

Feel I have been scammed. Bought online a month ago and no delivery. No response to the email I wrote to their support. BEWARE!

Before getting these CIC hearing aids, I was constantly missing out on conversations and feeling isolated in crowded settings. Now, I can confidently say that these aids have completely changed my daily life. The immediate comfort was the biggest surprise. Because they sit deep inside the ear canal, they are virtually invisible and cause zero discomfort, even after wearing them for a full day. The discreet fit means I never feel self-conscious, and I forget I'm even wearing them.

Paid for Hearing Aid and still not received after one month , no communication to advise delivery or refund. Have tried contacting via email , messenger , Facebook and on the Shopify platform. Scam
