I needed to change my payment date to later in the month. Heartland change the date to exactly what I needed. Heartland was very cooperative and friendly.

I have only just entered their debt reduction program, but so far the experience has been very professional and excellent. They have put us at ease and explained almost too well exactly how the program works. We were given plenty of opportunities to back out of the program if we felt uneasy about, and not once were we coerced or cornered into making decisions before we were ready. Perfect service so far.

So far so good. I get prompt attention to my questions regarding their program of debt reduction.
