Slight issue with the delivery but they took care of the issue immediately and shipped product ASAP. Great customer service and responsiveness Would highly recommend them

I was bringing my husband’s hearing aids to our audiologist to repair - Kept telling me all is fine but they never kept a charge - Your website was easy to find the two different charging stations we needed - Came quickly and my husband can hear again

Excellent service. I was worried that I would not receive my hearing aid charger before I left for my trip. They answered my email right away and it came the next day and it came even sooner than promised.

The product does what is supposed to do, gives my wife relief from having to turn the volume up. So we can both enjoy what we are watching
