Great company to deal with. We exchanged better than half a dozen emails in less than 24 hours, arranging shipping, payment, etc. Never had to wait more than half an hour for answers! Excellent customer service!

The box didn't work. The hearing aids wouldn't pair. I tried every combination at least five times. Power on, power off, pulling the hearing aids directly from the charger and holding them over the box, laying them on the box. All to no avail. I will be sending them back.

The remote control for my Widex hearing aids arrived quickly. It was priced lower than other places. The remote control works perfectly. Very happy!
