Even though the package was damaged a bit during shipping, the part still worked. Heard and hearing were very concerned about the part being too damaged to use and called with sincere apologies plus offered to send a replacement. Best company I’ve ordered from

I sold a pair of hearing aids with Hears, Hearing, and Hearables and had a very positive experience. I was worried about shipping off my hearing aids, wondering if this was legit and, even if it was, if they could actually help me sell my hearing aids. I am pleased to report that they did sell my hearing aids and were very helpful at every step of the way, letting me know what to expect and answering my questions, and a fair price. I would recommend working with them if you need to sell a pair of hearing aids.

Hi Mary, You ordered it on Dec 4th and will be there Tuesday. It is winter and USPS is a bit slower with storms in the Midwest.
