Easy to deal with, and found me a great audiologist

good experience but found out my ins does not kick in for a while

The entire experience could not have gone better. Very happy with the audiologist they had me see locally. Can hear again....would not have believed this much improvement was even possible.

I found hear.com to be an enjoyable and educational experience. All documentation provided and guidance as to the testing and what you would experience was accurate, easy to understand and educational. When my actual testing occurred I felt well prepared as to the procedure and based on the test results the potential capital required, payment options, warranties etc. Bottom line "no surprises". As I am retired, I appreciated their honesty and experience. Fortunately I did not require a hearing aid at this time. But if I do need hearing assistance in the future, I would work through hear.com, as they are professional, provide the latest technology and competitive pricing.

It was quick and painless, i had no problems with the review next visit was scheduled.

I really liked my Hear .com Rep .. He was a very nice person and made me feel at ease with all of this. He helped me get the Care Credit approved. The hearing doctor, she also made me feel comfortable with all this as well.
