I had a very good experience with Hear.com. I was most impressed with the representative who followed with me after I responded to an internet ad. She was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. The key thing for me was her follow up. She contacted me all the way through the process right through to the audiologist's testing.

Life changing results
The team assisting me with my new hearing aids, combined with making sure they are working for me, is life changing. They are the standard with customer support. I am hearing things that I didn't even know where there in the first place. I am very happy with this product and would recommend them to anybody needing assisted hearing.

Hearing aids made easy!!
I have always had in person audiologist appointments. The hear.com online remote experience was easy, seamless, and timely. My care team coordinated every piece of the exam, the equipment and the insurance. They were all very professional and knowledgeable and caring. There was no anxiety in the process at all. I recommend them without reservation.

Stephanie did a great good of…
Stephanie did a great good of explaining everything to me. She listened to all my problems and had me set up in no time they just did not work out for me. They stood true to the 45 day trial and refunded my deposit within a couple of days. However I still not have received the first payment I made to the bank.

Hear.com testing and teaching methods and their excellent hearing aid product
You do not have to go to the office of an audiologist multiple times to be tested and advised. Hear.com sends you an iPad and other equipment for testing allowing all testing and advising to be done online. With excellent instruction, they will fit you with hearing aids that will greatly improve your hearing. They continue to be available after purchase to assist you with any problems that might come up. I am 100 per cent behind their methods, and their hearing aid product.
