Their description and pictures were exactly what you get. Along with that, the speed of delivery was exceptional.

Hi Charles, thank you for the great review! We appreciate your feedback and look forward to your continued business!
I wish we had the option to give this place s review with no stars for even just giving them a one star is being to generous! I order just recently 2 items and EVEN paid EXTRA to have them delivered faster... Then I get a notification that my package was delivered. I go check and there is ABSOLUTELY NOT ONE GOD DAMN THING DELIVERED TO MY FRONT DOOR as they claimed! No one came delivered anything to my door and I know this for a fact because I have a security camera at the top right corner of my damn door with motion detection always sent directly to my phone notifying me of any movement or sound. And I EVEN reviewed my footage for the alleged delivery and there was nothing to be seen! No delivery Man, or woman! There was nothing! Absolutely nothing! And now they be ignoring my emails demanding a full refund! They basically took my money promising to deliver me what I have purchased with ABSOLUTELY NO intensions of coming through with their obligations! This is so bull! I DON'T recommend this site at all! But I will be contacting the BBB for assistance with this since they don't want to even try to resolve anything! If they would've came through with their end and actually delivered, they would've had a 100% loyal customer! But obviously they've pissed all over that! So healthy and actively robbing customers of their hard earned money, YOU will be hearing from me or the BBB! For I refuse to just give away my honest earned dollars! 🖕🏼

Hi Luis, thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear the carrier lost your package. I see our customer service representative Wyatt has sent you an email with the claim form for the lost package. If you have not yet received the email, please contact customer service at 844-778-4738. We look forward to further assisting you.
After placing an order last night I wanted to upgrade from 2 day shipping to 1 day shipping. Sent an email saying I would be calling in the morning to make the changes. Wyatt from customer service replied via email first thing in the morning. When I called customer service Wyatt answered! While on the phone I was able to order 4 additional items and upgrade to 1 day shipping. Can’t wait to play with my items over the weekend!!! Will be ordering from Healthy & Active in the near future. Thank you Wyatt for you’re quick response and outstanding customer service ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

I had a credit which took weeks before it was available to use. I could not use the credit for an online order. Today I was able to make my order using the credit.

HI DSR, thank you for your feedback! We are sorry to hear it took so long to use the credit. It typically takes 1-2 business days and we do apologize. We appreciate your patience and business!
Update, note the sellers lame generic response, and after admitting that would you consider buying a dild0 from a place that accepts used ones back?! Also note they requested a review, which I wrote, yet they didn't post in their website so its all rigged anyway. the ad we purchased this item says "We are so confident in the superior quality of the TrueTouch line that we're extending a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Should this purchase not meet your expectations in any way, please contact our customer service team within 30 days for reimbursement." States Nothing about returning it. THIS ISNT EVEN ALL ABOUT THAT ITS ABOUT WHERE THEY STATE DISCREET SHIPPING, YET FAILED TO DO THAT! FOR THAT ALONE I WOULD REFUND A CUSTOMER WITHOUT HESITATION, THATS COMPLETELY INEXUSABLE TO SHIP A DILD0 IN A PLASTIC BAG AFTER STATING DISCREET SHIPPING! WE ARE TALKING ABOUT AN 18 DOLLAR ITEM! Recently bought a dildo from this website, ad said if for any reason your not satisfied contact within 30 days for full refund. Being embarrassed to order this type of thing I read about their shipping, and they Stress discreet shipping! Well , I opened my mailbox to find a thin plastic back with an obvious penis and balls inside. MORTIFIED! It wasn't even a bubble bag it was beyond obvious it was a sexton! Well, a couple days later I tried the toy and the suction cup base was useless, the entire reason I chose it. I write them telling them they forever embarrassed me by their indiscreet packaging and I want a refund as the item is no good. O was told that the indiscretion of shipping was due to the items value!? WTH?!!!! THEN, Beleive it or not, they want me to ship back a used dildo or they won't refund me, again ship them back a used sextoy. I STRONGLY SUGGEST NOT BUYING ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE DUE TO HEALTH CONCERNS! AND HORRIBLE SHIPPING PROCEDURES AND ROBOTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE!
