We’re sorry to hear about your experience and understand how frustrating it can be to deal with a defective item. In these situations, our customer service team is required to collect specific documentation, such as photos or videos. Sometimes additional details are needed to clearly show the issue, which helps us move the process forward and avoid delays once the claim is reviewed. Our goal is always to resolve issues as quickly as possible. We appreciate your patience and encourage you to continue working with our team so we can help bring this to a resolution.

Thank you for your feedback. All customs wait times and fees are determined by the importing country and are unfortunately outside of our control. Since we are a U.S. company, all charges are billed in USD. The option to view prices in other currencies is provided as a courtesy to our international customers, but the final charge depends on the conversion rate at the time of purchase. This is standard when shopping with international companies. Regarding your interaction with Adriana, she was correct in explaining that a refund would not be issued, as the charge itself was processed in USD. The displayed CAD amount was only an estimate for your reference, and the final amount is always subject to currency conversion.

Hi there, and thank you for your feedback. We're genuinely sorry to hear about your experience and completely understand your frustration—especially when investing in a higher-priced item. As a U.S.-based company, we operate under different consumer protection laws than those in the EU. Our site clearly states our 30-day warranty policy for electronic items, which can be found here: Information for Exchanges. While we’re not able to offer returns or replacements outside of that window, we always want to do what we can to make things right—hence the 20% coupon we provided. Just to clarify, that coupon does not expire, so you're welcome to use it whenever the time is right for you. We truly appreciate your business and hope you’ll consider giving us another shot in the future. Wishing you all the best.
