Michaila is a great nutritionist. She is incredibly knowledgeable, caring, and a great listener. She has helped me improve my thought process and become more aware of the roadblocks that have been holding me back. What I appreciate most is that she tailors her approach to fit your personality, preferences, and lifestyle, making the process feel both realistic and sustainable. Since becoming her patient, my relationship with food has improved significantly, and I am learning what works best for my body. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for personalized support on their health and nutrition journey.

Amanda is very knowledgeable always asking me questions to what I need and how she can help me. She’s very pleasant always smiling.

Kristy was very good at listening to what I needed and helped me figure out how to obtain my goal. Some information was a review for my, but other recommendations and macro numbers really helped with both nutrition and weight loss. High recommend and would certainly reach out to her again if needed.

Michaila is wonderful! She is knowledgeable, caring, and always makes me feel heard. I’ve seen great improvement since working with her, and she has helped me better understand my food allergies, sensitivities, and histamine sensitivity. I truly appreciate her personalized guidance and would highly recommend her!

I have been with Lexi for a few weeks now and have learned so much in a short amount of time. She has helped identify foods that will make my body type feel inflamed and bloated. Even though she personally doesn't have the same health concerns I have, her knowledge is invaluable. She is great at recommending supplements and healthy foods to add to our menu. We set goals each week to help me move forward in my health journey. She is the best accountability partner.

Michaila Byers is a great Nutritionist! She is a great listener and is very understandable not matter what your situation is. Michaila’s very sweet and it’s shows she cares for your health. She is lenient and very patient to answer all your questions or concerns you may have. I’m grateful Michaila’s helping me with my health journey!

I was skeptical about working with a dietitian because of my experience seeing dietitians online who demonize white rice, prescribe boring food, cut out all added sugars etc. but I really needed help with my IBS. I am very happy I went for it! Health Loft was very easy and quick to set up services with, and I liked that I could read dietitian profiles and pick the one I thought would work best for me. The dietitian I picked, Michaila, was everything I needed in a dietitian. She worked to thoroughly understand and address my needs, provided nutrition information that was easy to understand and implement, and always made me feel heard and understood with no judgment. I needed help with my IBS symptoms but she also picked up on the fact that I had disruptive food noise and a compulsion to track, and implemented things into our sessions to help me have a healthier relationship with food. I saw Michaela for 6-ish months and in that time I went from having very little idea what was causing my symptoms or how to help them, to feeling confident in managing things on my own with much less stress and anxiety. It was the best case scenario! Thank you so much Michaela!

Working with Michaila B. has been a game changer. She is a wonderful nutritionist and has helped me so much! It is the first time I have stuck to a game plan when it comes to nutrition and my health. I look forward to continue working with her!
