GL date wrong issues
I have a bad service from staff name Dhivya regarding my insurance approval. I've requested my GL earlier like 1 week before to see a doctor but Health connect site issue the GL request date not following the appointment that as given, hence validity of the GL just 7 days which is during my visit to the clinic, my GL is expired. I've encountered it second time already, they ask me to reupload back my appointment card, even though the problem is not from me. The staff even answer me with a rude tone, saying that I've time to advice rather than reupload it.
