Healing Herbals is a small family run business on Long Island, New York. We have been sourcing and selling botanical products since 2021.We carry kanna, blue lotus, kava, akuamma, wild dagga, damiana, mad honey and other traditional plants, in raw herb, extract, tincture, capsule and vape form. A lot of what we sell we extract or blend ourselves, and our kanna comes from our own nursery and extraction site in South Africa, so we know the material from the plant all the way to the package. Our founder has been a practicing herbalist for 13 years. He also owns Roots Kava Bar in Port Jefferson, NY, where many of these same botanicals are served every day.Orders placed before our daily cutoff usually ship the same day, and tracking goes out by email as soon as the label prints. Lab results are available on request for the products we test.We sell retail through healingherbals.store and wholesale to smoke shops, kava bars and other vendors across the US. We are a verified vendor in the kanna and amanita communities, and most of our early customers found us on Reddit long before we ever ran an ad.If an order shows up wrong, late, or not how you expected it, email us at [email protected] and a real person will answer you. We are a small team, we handle problems directly, and we read every review that comes through here.

Still have not received package

Hey William, thank you for bringing this to our attention. It seems USPS has lost your package in transit. I will file a missing package claim. If they do not resolve it I will be sending you a fresh package.
Absolutely no calming/any effects from this “Egyptian blue lotus” flower. The petals are purple, not blue. According to Google that indicates that the vendor is selling a different plant that has no effects whatsoever.

Hey Kyle, sorry it wasn't what you were hoping for. Blue lotus is a common name and a few different lines get sold under it. The Asian line, also called Thai or star lotus, runs purple. Our Hybrid Egyptian is white and blue with some mottling on the back, so purple petals aren't what it should look like. The True Egyptian is the African line, bigger with thinner petals and more defined white and blue, and it's the more potent of the three. A UC Berkeley study reported higher nuciferine in verified Egyptian blue lotus than in flower sold online. Not being the most potent line doesn't mean it isn't active or doesn't have quality effects though. Send a photo and your order number to [email protected] and we'll look at exactly what came in your bag. Happy to dive deeper on any of it over email ✌️ -Robbie

Hey Abraham, appreciate you!
I have only superlatives to describe this vendor, their product, and my buying experience. It took forever to get to me but that was a postal issue that Healing Herbals and was not to blame.

Jeff appreciate you big time 🫡 Means a lot hearing that from the fam. We put a lot into what we find and bring in, so it's awesome to know it's hitting right for you. Anything you need just holler, we got you ✌ -Robbie (owner/founder)
Im very happy with the service. When one of my packages took a few days longer than another to ship i worried it may be seasonally out of stock. I called and was assured that new stock had just arrived and it was in the mail that same day. The owner also took my call with his baby in his hands, which I thought was great. I love doing business with real people running a family business. You won't find a soulless conglomerate here, and its nice.

Hey Jason, appreciate the kind words. Yup, family run and we like it that way. Thanks for sticking with us ✌️
Shipping had no issues, product was ad advertise. I take kratom extracts daily and this Kanna vape has wonderful synergy. I also take clonazepam and Gabapentin for health issues and the Kanna vape doesnt have any adverse reaction or anything, in fact they're synergistic with the Kanna vape as well. It relaxes the body and stimulates the mind.
