About Healing Beyond Trauma

Healing Beyond Trauma is about preventing your past from stealing your future, all too often we are carrying our history within our being, dragging, and slowing us down. The work that I do allows you to finally feel seen, heard, and to process the feelings, memories, and thoughts haunting you. For many clients it's their first time feeling heard, supported, and accepted.Getting to the root of each challenge we begin to unbind, untethering the system from the past, history, and baggage, freeing you up to create the life you truly deserve and desire! So many people describe feeling lighter after the first session, have more ability to see themselves clearly, and begin to make the changes they have been unable to before.Let’s speak to the parts of you that are standing in your way from achieving your goals, feeling more peace, or even outright sabotaging your success. Hypnosis is a safe, gentle, and effective tool to help you fully align your energy toward improving your life.
