Very informative. I really enjoyed the class though we had to do it virtually instead of in-person.

Great content, clear speakers and smooth logistics.

I think the facilitator (Cindi) made the experience great for me. I learned alot from her and the other participants. I think for the price of the class I was disappointed to have materials printed in black & white, the design errors and lunch not being provided. Being a learning professional this was the first time that I attended a paid class that I had to find lunch. Other than that, it was a great experience!

I felt the content was useful, but my connection kept cutting out and buffering. I would like to see a dial-in option so participants on bad internet connections can still get the audio to pair with the slides.

I really like and appreciate the variety of webinars offered and information available on the site. HCI is my go to site for my HR needs!
