All the negative reviewers are correct. Very hard to cancel. In the end I did manage to cancel the trial, but the money were still taken. No apology- robotic unhelpful customer service. Avoid at all costs.

Would not recommend ! I tested the free trial and didn’t like the website so cancelled my subscription and got charged. Customer service is awful, tried contacting them many times and they never got back to me

Hayu er en app som passer godt til mig da vi her i familien ser meget reality tv fra us. Der er dog en gang imellem at nogle af serierne ikke lige bliver opdateret som lovet og det giver lidt irritation ellers er det egentlig en meget okay app, jeg oplever ikke afspilnings problemer eller betalings problemer kun at de er lidt langsomme til at uploade matriale :)

Be careful with this app. They might be taking your money without your knowledge. They charged my wife double subscription fee for more than a year without any regrets. And even when receiving the documentation they denied the facts from itunes and paypal.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! I subscribed to Hayu due to the free trial offer that they recently had however cancelled due to not using. I subscribed on 13th Feb, however got charged on 12th March which isn't even a full month. I used live chat and spoke to an advisor called Alex who was useless and refused to refund my money despite clearly being able to see that my account has not been used. His excuse what that they cannot issue refunds however they are so quick to take your money. I have had a similar issue with Spotify/Amazon where i have cancelled on the day however they have refunded me on the spot. This company is disgusting and do not care about their users. Please avoid before you are ripped off also!!

They have charged me for months now and refuse to give any refund as they have said, even though there is two different names under the account Lucy and Alice when my girlfriends name is Vicky they are saying they cannot refund me under terms and conditions, this is shocking service and do not sign up as it is impossible to cancel or get any refund, even when someone else has signed up with two different names using your card, also Edgar on the live chat service was very unhelpful and made it incredibly difficult to cancel the charges to my card.
