Signed up today but doesn’t work. Deleting subscription now.

Scammers, stay clear. Cancelled subscription and they kept charging me. Only realized 9 months later (my fault) but when I took it up with them, they would not budge on giving a refund.

Jag har under en lång tid haft problem med Hayu.Jag kan inte titta på kanalen men dom drar ändå från mitt konto varje månad.Har mejlat dom ett antal gånger och skickat med bevis på att dom dragit,svaret jag får tillbaka är att det räcker inte!Är så himla trött på företaget och rekommenderar dom inte!

Absolutely impossible to unsubscribe. No customer service, just not helpful whatsoever!

My wife wanted it to watch housewives of somewhere or other but then found out they only allowed the ones she has already seen, tried to find out but no joy they are a joke and when this month is up so is pure time with this useless app

Absolutely disgusting company had a TV off this company and my son threw a toy and it hit the TV screen I notified the hayu TV and was told they couldn't replace it as I had no accidental cover with them I was never told about this witch is £33 I wouldn't even give them 1 star

Tried to cancel before next payment. I was sure I had but the cancellation process is very complicated and designed to make you actually keep your subscription. They will then deny you even tried to cancel it. I was only having a break from this for a few months but now will never be back.
