Overpriced for services. Episode are not fluent. Missing seasons. No reminders and seasons just drop off for weeks and doesn’t tell you when next episode launches.

Worst app ever.. I really love watching reality tv, but this app is so bad that I'm thinking about cancelling my subscription.. The app is constantly (multiple times a day) giving me notifications that something went wrong. Also since today I constantly need to log in, and it still doesn't work.. People are paying for this, make sure it works!

Horrendous streaming service.. when it works it's relatively okay. When it crashes it's an absolute nighmare. You can't get anything to respond. It's so slow to load. Same error messages come up. Even when you login on your laptop so slow and crashes. When you try to cancel the page won't load. Super dodgy. I would suggest avoiding this platform at all costs.

Hayu app is so sh/t . It never remembers your watch history for continuity. It logs you out of app randomly .. Date of experience is every time you want to watch something

If I see “Matthew died” for 5 star weekend one more time…. Your advert EVERY 5 minutes in TVNZ On Demand has ensured I will NEVER sign up

It is absolute garbage its the ONLY app that doesn't work on my television and I pay a decent amount for my Internet which has never had an issue. You speak to them and they blame it all on you either you have a bad connection or your television isn't right for it. Its an absolute joke and you really need to sort this out as im not the only one unhappy. Robbing people in broad daylight for a service that isn't worth it. Lucky you get 1 star.
