Hawaiian AirlinesReviews of hawaiianairlines.com

I flew with my family from Sydney to Maui with transit in Honolulu. When arrived at Honolulu, one bag was missing. We claimed the missing bag at our final destination Maui. Hawaiian Airlines took all necessary information and told us that the bag would be delivered in our apartment. Tbh, we had very low faith to get our bag back. I kept receiving automated emails “we keep searching for your luggage” and believed it was lost. Till someone know on the door at 7pm “Hi Sir, here is your bag”. Only 48h later. Amazing! Hawaiian Airlines gained my confidence. I’m from Europe and can tell that this would have taken more than 2 weeks to locate a bag and another week to get it back. Thanks Hawaiian Airlines for committing to get our missing luggage back.

We arrived safely with no delays, which is the most important part. The staff was semi-friendly, the comfort was fine. But the food was actually bad and they were no veggie-options. I didn't have to reschedule a flight so I don't have any experiences with that.

Local Awesome, national good, internationally okay. Depending on which company you compare to, the rating does change. Among local airlines there are, it is definitely the choice. They are reliable inter-island wise. Nationally, still good, compare to LCC or some non-LCC airlines. Internationally, there are better service airlines, food wise (food choice or taste), customer service (even more friendly or respectful), comfort (A/C temperature not being too cold or seat space), etc. However, depending on price, whenever I fly to the U.S.A from Japan or vise versa I do choose them a lot. Mahalo for the service.

I have been flying Hawaiian airlines for many years and my experiences have almost always been great. I don't understand the many negative reviews here. Last week I flew from Seattle back to Oahu, any my flight was very good. Arrived on time, flight attendants were attentive and genuine, and even the food was quite good. I think too many people expect a "first class experience" even though they are flying coach. I love the experience of flying Hawaiian!

look i haven't been on your airline but i did a lot of research on it and it's really good.but i have a suggestion hopefully this doesn't happen i'm saying hopefully but if you stall and start going down you should go down with it so then after about 20 seconds it will start going up. Trust me i know a lot about plane and how they work.

Hawaiian airlines is a great airline! We have flown with them three times as a family. We had small children with us and everyone was very patient with them! Every single time has been a wonderful experience. The flight was smooth, staff was extremely polite and helpful, and the seats were not too uncomfortable. I hope to fly with them again in the future!

Hawaiian airways is a pleasant way to travel but free entertainment is minimal. I found the seats recline a bit more than other airways but the ambience and service is very good. The light meals are tasty and sufficient for the journey and the planes always seem to run on time. Pity they've stopped service the complimentary glass of punch but otherwise no complaints.
