Item that was originally ordered was delayed over six weeks. Also have not received complementary knife set that was promised one week after delivery of panels.

We apologize that you are not receiving the giveaway knives at this time. We will try to solve the logistic related problems for you as soon as possible.
It took almost four weeks to receive the samples which were more expensive than any other samples of similar panels. I had to email the company a few weeks after ordering to find out where the samples were when I learned from them how long it was going to take. I had to order the panels from another company as it was too long to wait for the samples and then just as long to get the order. I would be caution before ordering from this company.

Dear , We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with the delay in receiving your samples. We understand how frustrating it can be to wait for an extended period. Our standard sample delivery time is 5-15 days, depending on local logistics. In your case, we see from our records that your package was delivered on May 20th. We did our best to track and update you during the process, and we are sorry that this was not timely enough for your needs. We would like to highlight that our sample packages include five different colors and the cost can be deducted from your purchase of any full-size wall panel, providing added value. We appreciate your feedback and have taken steps to improve our service. Starting mid-June, we have implemented a new warehousing plan to ensure faster delivery, reducing our shipping time to 3-7 days. We understand the negative impact this situation has had on your experience. To make it right, we would like to offer you a full refund for the samples and provide you with a $50 coupon for your next purchase. If you are satisfied with our resolution, please feel free to contact us at [email protected]. We hope to have the opportunity to serve you better in the future. Best regards
Bought 2 barn doors from the website, Everything went smoothly, especially the shipping is quick. The installation is not that hard, my handyman installed two doors successfully in less than 2 hours. I already recommended my friend to buy a barn door from there. I might visit the website again when I need to remodel my bathroom since I saw a lot of related things there.

took too long to receive samples. Finally, I got the samples which looked nice. However the felt backing seemed a little thin and bends easily. I had product questions so I tried the online chat but no live agent was ever available and I tried multiple times during the day and always getting the message to ask question and Hauvista will email answer only to never receive any answers and my inquiry never ever answered. So I ended buying from another seller

Bought barn door from this website and installed it myself for a guest bedroom. I followed the instruction video from the website and get it installed within an hour. It says 30 minutes but I am pretty satisfied with the time since I didn't have any experience before. The quality is good and I might re-visit when I need a barndoor again.

Hausvita has no customer service! Can't reach anyone to resolve issues. Phones are recordings and emails go unanswered. *** After submitting this review, Hausvita contacted me to get all my details. They make things right for me. I’m very happy now with the belated customer support. Changing my review! Thank You, Hausvita !!

We apologize that you never received your sample box due to a delay by the courier company. We have issued a refund for you.
Good place for home renovation. I bought wall panels from hausvita recently to remodel my living room. I'd say this is the best part of the whole project because it makes my TV wall fantastic with just several hundreds dollars, especially, I can do it by myself. Good shopping/shipping experience and didn't have any problem with the product.
