HausandhuesReviews of hausandhues.com

The site was wonderful and ordering was easy! My only compliant would be around the framing and how it's listed on the website. I did think I ordered a photo with a frame, but then only received the photo, which is gorgeous! Just making it clearer would help.

I ordered a total of 4 frames with printed photos inside the frame on May 1 2026. I received one frame with no photo. I emailed the company and was told I’d receive the missing photo separately. I was told the other missing order was being packaged and was requested to be prioritized. As of today May15, I have yet to receive any of my missing items, nor an update on shipping. Poor service, I highly suggest spending your money elsewhere.

I got two prints and they are perfect! And they arrived within a week of ordering. I’m really impressed with the quality. So glad I got these! Highly recommend.

I am disappointed in the quality of the frames received. They are priced at a premium yet the fit and finish is sloppy. There were glue stains on the front of the frame that contrasted against the black paint, the wood grain is very heavy, and the corners are not flush. I would not consider purchasing from Haus and Hues again if this is the quality to be expected.

Never received my order.

Frames were delived with no damage.
