I’m not a chef, I’m an old lady of almost 84 and I like my knives sharp. I found this equipment very easy to use and now my knives are nice and sharp. A quality product that I wish had been around years ago. Highly recommended.

Hi Jax, Thank you for the lovely review. We especially liked that you found it easy to use and that your knives are sharp again. That is all we hope for. Eighty-four and keeping her knives sharp. We think that says everything. Warm regards, The Hatori Team
Very good sharper, easy to use and for my Damast knife perfect the 15° Angle. 100% Happy. Delivery time was long but is ok.
