I was disappointed with the size of the brush. I tried it on my vents and fan but I felt I was cleaning more than the brush. I will use it.

After I ordered I saw charges that I didn't order 2...just one. Then there was an insurance fee, I didn't want...no option to op out. It turned out to be a lot $$ then it was supposed to be. Luckily I did it through pay pal. I was refunded to pay pall, but 2 dollars was still kept out. Then I started receiving updates of my order. Luckily I had the emails from the cancellation. Apparently they already shipped it. So it's arrived but I've not tried it yet. I will say the email responses were quick***** stars for that communication

Although it seemed like it took forever to get here, I was continuously kept up to date on the status of my shipment. I knew where it was every day. That was a huge plus.

I only received my package yesterday.. the package, however, was badly damaged. However, the product inside miraculously was not may need to figure out a better way to ship these products. And I have no way of knowing how they work. Because I just received them yesterday. And it was late when I got home. So maybe I'll update again later. The product seems pretty small. Compared to the advertisement in my opinion

Only giving one star because I cannot give lower. This company is not to be trusted. It took over a month to receive the item I ordered. By then, I had asked multiple times for the order to be cancelled and refunded. I was refused and told the item was in transit. Now they say that they cannot take it back. They are offering me $5. I paid over $50. In the interim, I ordered the same thing from Amazon and got it in two days. Finished my project. Skip them.
