Service was amazing!!! But, buttons were crooked so I had to have my tailor fix.

I found the sizing to be inconsistent with other clothing sizes I normally purchase. I ordered a jacket that appeared available and then after the delivery I was informed that they no longer had it available.

Since our suits are tailored in Italy, they do tend to run smaller than standard American sizing. They could use better people who answer emails re late order deliveries. Sending me UPS notice of delay with "no further info" doesn't help at all.

Received incorrect pant size due to Haspel incorrect warehouse picker error. Took time to get correct size due to having to return incorrect item first. In addition, the second/replacement shipment was shipped ground versus being expedited thus creating a further delay in getting the pant to my tailer in time for Derby day. Lack luster experience with company even though product is nice.

The shirts are simply too small despite ordering XL. There should have been a better detailed explanation that these shirts y’all are offering are slim fit and that if your not some skinny guy order 2 sizes larger than normal.

Shorts are way too long; I'm 6'3 and had to get them hemmed. Factory defect? Also Haspel's waste sizes fit differently than all other shorts/pants I wear.

I spoke with someone regarding the cut and sizes of the suit jacket and pants. I ordered what they suggested and everything was too small. And to make matters worse, I had to pay for the Jacket and pants to be returned on each order. So instead of $11 to send it all back in 1 box, I had to pay $22.

While the suit looks good, the jacket had a stain on it that I needed to take the the launder to remove. Also, the pants I got are about 1.5 inches shorter in the width than what they say, making it a tighter and less comfortable fit.
