Hi Mary. I apologize that you are unhappy with your order process but we have to go with the information that was provided to us when the order was placed, unless our customers call us or email us after the order was placed to change it (as long as this is done before we ship the order). It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all of the information provided was correct. We do see different billing/shipping addresses all the time. You didn't place a call to us until the day the package was out for delivery, so unfortunately we were not able to fix the incorrect address you provided us. Again, I apologize that this happened.

We’re very sorry to hear about your mother’s emergency surgery, and we truly hope she is doing well. We understand that situations like that always come first, and we know returning calls or emails may not have been possible during that time. In this case, the shipping address provided with the order was not recognized by our shipping system, and we were concerned that the package might be lost or delivered incorrectly. Because many of the items we sell are food products and cannot be reshipped once lost or returned, we attempted to reach you several times by phone and email to confirm the correct address before shipping. When we were unable to reach you, we made the decision to refund the order rather than risk your package being sent to an incorrect address and you not receiving the products you were excited about. Our goal was to protect you from that situation, not to cause disappointment. If you would still like the items, we would be happy to help you place the order again whenever things settle down for you. Please feel free to reach out to us directly — a real person from our North Carolina or Pennsylvania team will be glad to assist you. Thank you for your understanding, and we wish your mother a smooth and speedy recovery.

The planter carts are custom built for each customer and sometimes takes 2-3 to manufacturer and ship. We did reach out the manufacturer to check on the status for you. Please contact directly with any questions.
