I started out playing special 20s, then I moved to Lee Oskars, but now I enjoy playing Harmo Polar harmonicas

Thank you Dan, yes Harmo makes really great harmonicas!
2/11/26 The shop did reach out to me and offered to send a replacement. Excellent customer service. Raising from 1 to 4 stars for their efforts. Hopefully they are able to fix, replace, or abandon their rude AI assistant. 2/6/26 I ordered a Seydel 1847 harmonica in the key of C from harmonicaland for $96.95. They sent me a harmonica in the key of B. Seems like an honest enough mistake, so I tried to contact them via the 800 number listed on their website but was only able to speak to an AI bot. It explained to me that they cannot accept returns, replacements or refunds for any reason whatsoever including their own mistake. It was happy to help me order a replacement at my expense. I was forced to file a credit card dispute. Something else I've noticed that's suspicious about this transaction is that this shop claims to be in Vancouver, Washington. I live in Seattle, Washington. There is no situation where when you order something in the state of Washington, especially from a retailer in Washington, you will not be charged sales tax. I was not charged sales tax. Very suspicious. Considering all their positive reviews I have to wonder if there AI phone bot is doing them a great disservice. What you get when you replace people with machines I suppose.

Hi Terry We did make an honest mistake on the key after investigation we found out it was a very rare occurrence where it was mislabeled at the factory (the barcode was not matching the key). We did send you a prepaid return label and you got the key you ordered. Regarding taxes there is nothing suspicious, we shipped from a warehouse in OH we are not required to pay sales tax in WA state according to WA law because our company is not registered in WA we have an office there which is a completley different situation, We have a human answering all the calls or returning all the calls depending on when you call if you can't reach a human the AI will actually help you and let us know why you called about so that we can return your call swiftly.
