I appreciated the updates, although the delivery took longer than I expected.

I had no idea it was coming from Italy. Communication was frequent with updates that kept putting it still in Italy, and then one day it just showed up. It took 3 or 4 weeks.

I like the product but the ball won’t roll easily at all so I can’t get the oil onto my skin.

Well, I was just disappointed in how long it took. Kept looking for it kept tracking it. But anyway upon using it, it keeps getting stuck in the flow. Maybe I have to learn how to use it. I just used it for the first time today.

Product arrived in a timely manner and was exactly as described.

Shipping was fast and delivered to the correct address.

Product came relatively fast Looks as described Should have come with instructions I had to look it up on chatgpt.com

I cant honestly answer. I haven't had a chance to use it. Will let you know after I use it. Instructions are too small print to read. Can you tell me? Thank you Barbara Lowas
